This is must reading for anyone who has panic disorder. I tell of my experiences as I struggled for twenty years to overcome anxiety. And I share how the Lord gave me wisdom to apply my faith to the problem of fear. I talk about the physical side of panic attacks as well as the spiritual side.
I'm confident you will gain encouragement and help from this book.

Thank you for this site.
I also struggle with panic attacks. Years ago I also had agoraphobia. God has delivered me from most of that. It seems that stress increases the attacks. I thank God that he surrounds us with his angels to protect us. Psalm 91 has surely helped me through the some rough times. I read it before I go to bed at night.
In Jacob’s dream he saw a ladder and the angels went up and down it. That is what I picture in my bedroom. The angels are following God’s plan of protecting and taking care of me and my family.
Please include me in your prayers. I desire more of God’s peace and joy.
God bless,
Sue

Hi Sue, I have added you to my prayer list. I do pray that God will give you more peace and joy!
I’m sorry to hear you have panic attacks and also struggled with agoraphobia. It is wonderful to know that God has delivered you from most of it. It is true that stress does increase panic attacks. I’ve learned over the years that those of us who have had this condition need to really be careful to get enough rest. It seems like when we get too tired is when the symptoms want to come back.
Psalm 91 is a very good and encouraging one to read. I loved your thoughts about Jacob’s ladder and the angels going up and down to protect us. Those are good thoughts to go to sleep on. 🙂
Thanks for sharing with us. Blessings, Bonnie
