This is must reading for anyone who has panic disorder. I tell of my experiences as I struggled for twenty years to overcome anxiety. And I share how the Lord gave me wisdom to apply my faith to the problem of fear. I talk about the physical side of panic attacks as well as the spiritual side.
I'm confident you will gain encouragement and help from this book.

In ABOLISH ANXIETY, I’ve written a devotional to guide you as you search for the inner peace we all desire. When times are trying we need to find that special calmness deep inside that only God can provide.

Wow..so very much to be Thankful for.For God revealing my need of a savior..and providing one! for my husband, children and grandchildren. That all of my kids are walking with the Lord. For my health and the health of my family. For a home to live in, money to pay our bills, for my church, for living in a country where we are free to proclaim the gospel, for ministers of the gospel, in local churches and also on radio and the printed word. For the Word of God being readily available and a source of comfort and direction…for silly things like pumpkin pie and the smell of mums, That I am able to see, hear and walk. That no matter what the future holds I am secure because I know who holds the future in His hands. 🙂

Thank you Patty for your comments on what you are thankful for. I can join you in most of them. I do wish with all my heart that all of our kids and my other family members were all walking with the Lord. I’m thankful that there is still time for them to come to know the Lord though. I think my biggest thanks goes to the Lord for saving my soul! It still boggles my mind. His love is more than anything I can imagine.
We do have much to be thankful for. God provides in such wonderful and unexpected ways. I love Him more all the time. Praise His Holy Name! Blessings to your and yours.
