My name is Bobbie…I suffer from severe panic attacks. I cannot drive any farther than 8 miles away from my home in any direction. (believe me I have tried every direction!) Thankfully, I have gotten over the agoraphobia, but I still have the severe panic attacks when it comes to driving. Please keep me in your prayers. God bless you all.

Hi Bobbie, I will add you to my personal prayer list. I believe with God’s help you will be able to overcome your driving fears. I had them myself once and God helped me. You need to take it one step at a time and try going a little bit further at a time. 8 miles is pretty far already. That is great! The next time make your self go 9 miles and then turn around and come back. See it you can increase by doing that.
Dear God, I lift up Bobbie to you right now. Please Lord help him to overcome fear of driving. He has a family to take care of and he needs to be able to drive them around and do things with them. Help Bobbie become an overcomer of panic attacks dear Lord. We know that with your help “all things are possible,” as that is what you tell us in your Word. Shower Bobbie with your peace and love. In Jesus’ name. Amen

I’m suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I know its God tugging at my heart. I’m trying very hard to fight this by reading His Word and praying. It gets better, but then starts all over again. I know it has a lot to do with my lifestyle as I am currently living with my boyfriend. Please pray that God helps me get out of this situation, my desire is to be closer to God and do his Will. I also will pray for all those who are in my same situation or who have the same anxiety and panic attacks. Thank You

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your comments. It is good that you have a heart for God and that you realize He is speaking to your heart. Yes, you do need to get out of that situation. God will bless you for your obedience.

We are a committed group of Christians who encourage each other with prayer and sharing. Everyone in the group has either had panic attacks or is experiencing them now. We are all at different stages in our life of growing in Christ and also in overcoming fear and anxiety. I think you would find help and encouragement there.
Dear God, I lift up Melissa to you right now. Lord, she has been having anxiety and panic attacks. She so wants to be free from this, and yet, she knows deep down in her heart a lot of her problems stem from the fact that she is living with her boyfriend. Lord, we know, that you already know this and want to help her. We realize that you are tugging on her heart, that she will follow your ways and not those of the world. I pray, dear Lord, that Melissa will be able to change her situation, and that you will give her the wisdom and knowledge to know just how to do this. Please help her now and bless her abundantly with your peace and comfort. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Dear God, I lift up to you Jim. I do not know the situation and I really don’t need to because you know everything. You know all about it. I pray Lord, that you will touch Jim’s heart and help him to grant forgiveness to the one who hurt him. Lord, I know it isn’t always easy to forgive others, but I also know that you have told us to do that and if we make the effort you will give us the ability. Thank you Lord for what you are going to do in Jim’s life today. In Jesus’ name. Thy will be done. Amen.

i struggle with panic attacks and i need healing and prayer from them its controlling my life… and i need peace in life i have 3 little boys and i dont want them to go through what im going through.

Dear Lord, I lift up Donia to you right now. Lord, she is struggling with panic attacks and so desperately wants to be healed from them. I pray that you will help her find the answer to these problems and raise her up and make her well. Lord she has 3 small children and Lord please protect them from going through this same thing. Please pray for me I have been suffering from panic since I was in my 20’s. About a month ago I had sever attacks went to Er. Dr put me on blood pressure meds, and kolonopins. Im a single mom with a lot pressure. Im a christian, I have been back in church for about a yr now. I feel guilty about this worrying I do. I do pray for help and read the word. Sometimes it helps. I have even fell asleep holding my bible. Could anyone please pray for my deliverance from this?
